Doesn't matter if you got em' for free or not. Just turn the gains down a bit. Or your head unit/music source is clipping.

You'll be fine, tune the amp with a dd-1 if you can find someone with one, and set the subsonic filter at 25 as my recommendation. Mechanically, they may not like the power due to lack of xmax, but thermally you'll be fine.

I wouldn't recommend it, Maxxsonic based amps like MB Quart and Hifonics run very inefficiently when wired under stable

If you have to ask if you can, then I wouldn't do it, I'd just run it at 1 ohm.
