Bigsix Posted February 11, 2013 Report Posted February 11, 2013 Same light is imported by a cpl companies, we sell them at the shop for those on a budget. I have a cpl I picked up because they are so cheap. They are solid lights. very bright, well focused beam with a nice peripheral "halo" of light around it as well. They dont weigh much, lock on the rail securely and have proven to be as tough as more expensive options. Downside to these is shit for run time. ~90 minutes if left on straight. 1999 Lincoln Town Car-(build underway) - (2) SA15s, 4th order, DAT 2500.1, O2 mids n highs, 250a alt, HC 2400, Big 3.... 1994 Pontiac T/A for speeding tickets.- - Currently on jack stands, wanting to be a real race car "Your local forecast, all the ladies in the metro area should expect to see 8 inches tonight" - The Todd Decaf, on 01 November 2011 - 02:38 PM, said: i provide the ammo for destruction, the trigger finger is connected to the volume knob tho URBAN GORILLA AUDIO
kurupt305 Posted February 11, 2013 Author Report Posted February 11, 2013 yea im contemplating this or the stream light tlr3 i like how the stream liight has the lever to easuly turn on with one hand the newer aim model has the on off on the bottom which sucks in my opinion to use as a momentary switch what is brighter to you the aim 150 lumen or tlr3
Bigsix Posted February 11, 2013 Report Posted February 11, 2013 After checking, Mine is similar but not the same.. Mine is marked as Protec/Nebo, its 190 lumens, and also has a strobe feature.On/off is controlled viz a "lever" on the side that is easily manipulated with trigger finger. Case is similar and the bezel around the buld is identical, but I don't think its the exact same light. Oh and in terms of brightness, this thing shits all over ANY of the smaller "tac-lights" Ive compared it to, Surefire, Streamlight, etc. Bright lil sumbitch. From my back door to my neighbors garage is 120ft, looks like daytime with this light.
