The tweeters were a bit soft for me. But if you listen to my car and think the tweeters are a bit too bright then the b2 comps might be a great way to go.

I will say the midbass and clarity of the mids are just crazy.

Were they as soft as my morel tweeters? (if you remember)

As soft if not softer.

I'm not sure if I just prefer brighter tweeters or if I just got used to them because I have had the polks so long. I feel like brighter is more alive and softer is more stagnant and that instruments should feel like their being played by someone who is alive.

I'd highly reccomend the mids though. Like I said, if you find some listening fatigue or them a little too bright when listening to my car at heatwave then you might love the sound of the b2 tweeters. They were VERY soft and detailed. Just too soft for me to enjoy them. I found a excellent compromise by just having my polks crossed a little lower then the Polk crossovers and gave them a little less power.

Mine were a little on the soft side too, but I the eq on my headunit fixed that!! I may go ahead and take a shot at the B2s.... I'll save a HELL of a lot of money either way!!! Lol If, I don't like the tweeter, I can always find a nice replacement, but usually the midrange and mid bass is more important as I can usually tweak the high end how I like since it doesn't take much to get tweeters going.. but I do prefer silk over aluminum tweeters so if yours are aluminum then I may like the tweeters as is

All this B2 Audio talk is making me want to run them instead of the nendo symphony amps!! I'm not planning to run over 2k because I do want my sunroof, but I do want the best and from the research, B2 is THE way to go!!!

bet you still wont break a 48 :D

Bet you I won't either. I lost .7db from my last competition to my one last weekend. Did a 147.1 at 35hz.

Some things that might have effected it. I didn't manipulate all of my interior like I did (glove box down, seat forward, sunroof closed, ect) and im not clipping like I was last time. I was clipping by about a -3db overlap more then I am set to now. I'm predicting about the same score. But I also know that I'll be demoing all damn day as long as people want me to.

But dem doors though <3

The polks are not silk, but not alum either. I think they are a hybrid material. (Polk is weird) but the b2 ones are silk for sure.

do a sealed run

If someone has a Termlab I'll do a sealed run. I'm not paying $20 for a single sealed run :)

i have 4k and a sunroof :D

IMO more then 146(legal) 149(outlaw) and a sunroof don't mix well. I wouldn't go any louder bass wise in this car for sure.
