Budget system help

I've got a friend that's getting a new truck and he wants to throw a sound system in it but only wants to spend about 500$ on everything.

He likes Rockford, but I don't think he'll be able to get everything for it since his budget.

I recommended for him to get 2 sundown e15's.

What amp would you guys recommend.

Yeah I told him he would probably only be able to get a decent stereo, an amp for his highs and probably a set of 6.5 comps with his budget.

I tried to tell him you get what you pay for

he mite have to check out CL for that kinda cash if he needs everything.

Given more time I am sure I could find or build another package in the price range but he should not expect big dog products for that cheap of prices, also a kit/harness would be needed for the radio so that would add around another $10-$20.

Here is another slightly different gear, the amp is VVME which is basically a china brand but is the same as a AudioPipe amp, under budget a little but if you add the install kit and harness it ends up right around $500.
