Another Grounding Question.

Is it OK to run a ground wire to a seatbelt stud ? Or should i drill through the floor and to the frame ? Chevy pickup no back seat. If i could use the stud i can use about 6 inches of 0awg.

general rule of thumb is that seatbelt bolts are not good grounds you want to find a bolt or stud that is directly on the frame for the best grounds ... i dont know the reasoning behind it i just have always been told that seat belt bolts do not make good grounds ... and i always like to stay away from them and find good spot on the frame of the car.
