Any beauty plans for the box? Thats gonna be loud when you get both amps on them for sure. Thanks! I do plan on making it all look good but im waiting to get it all installed before making any final decisions. Right now im thinking of picking up some black vinyl and going crazy lol the box does look good, but it is also very tall. you probably can't see out your rear window anyway so you should of just walled that bitch and it would have been louder that way too. lol you're right I cant see out of the rear view mirror. We were going to wall it but I decided at the last minute that was to much of a project for my first build. But no worries I think i'll have a wall in there before the end of summer.
Achaleon Posted April 10, 2013 Author Report Posted April 10, 2013 Ordered all of the supplies i'll need to strap the amps together today. A few 400 and 200 amp fuses, Distribution blocks and, 20' of 8 gauge speaker wire. Hopefully it all gets here Friday and ill have some pictures and video's up by Sunday.
Achaleon Posted April 13, 2013 Author Report Posted April 13, 2013 Today started out pretty awesome, everything to get the second amp strapped in arrived during the week so i was excited. Got out in the garage, pulled the box out and removed one of the subs when tragedy struck: Pretty bummed out...

I cant access them to tighten them without going through the spider. I need to recone it. As to 'how' it happened. I have no idea. Maybe they werent torqued all the way down from the factory or the person in charge of putting the lock washers on called in sick..
