SojiaRaggs9000
Are these the license for the kids who got accepted in the deferred act, if so then I think they should get them, sure they came here illegally but it wasn't there chose and if they aren't felons and passed the back ground check then they should be allowed to work and study here Wouldn't it be just as easy to become legal? All it is, is a test on US history and a background check. "It's not their fault" is a copout. One of which is getting very old, very fast... damn got ninja do u think taht its so easy to be legal here ?! lmao.. u dont know shit.. lol they spend more effort skating around laws then they would to become legal. Here is some info for you.. Sad part is, I got the info off a KIDS website.. took like 3 seconds. You can become an U.S. citizen by birth, through a process called "naturalization," through "derivative citizenship," or through "acquired citizenship." Naturalization A process where you show Immigration – the government agency that regulates questions of citizenship -- that you meet certain legal requirements for becoming a U.S. citizen is called "naturalization." You must have "good moral character" to become a naturalized U.S. citizen. This does not necessarily mean the same as a "good person," as opposed to a "bad person." This is only a legal phrase. You might know a person whom you think of as a "good person" but Immigration might consider this person to lack "good moral character" and deny him or her citizenship. “Good moral character” is not the only requirement for naturalization. Find a complete list of the other general requirements for naturalization at: http://www.uscis.gov/naturalization. If a person meets all the naturalization requirements, they can apply for naturalization. Immigration will send out an interview notice several months after the naturalization application is filed. During the interview, Immigration will go over the application to make sure the citizenship answers are correct. English skills and an understanding of U.S. history and government are tested. If either the English or U.S. history or government tests are failed, a second interview will be scheduled 3 months later to allow more time to study. If the second interview is failed, citizenship will be denied. Filing again is acceptable, but fees will need to be paid once again. If the tests are passed during the first or second interview, Immigration will set an appointment to be "sworn in" as a U.S. citizen. This appointment might take several months, but once a person is sworn in, they are a citizen of the United States. If you are in, or have been in, active duty service in the U.S. Armed Forces, you will want to find out more about the naturalization requirements and if any of the exceptions to the requirements might apply to you. Derivative Citizenship Through their parents' naturalization, some children become U.S. citizens automatically, or "derivatively." Laws about "derivative citizenship" vary depending upon the date the parent(s) were naturalized. Children become U.S. citizens derivatively through their parents' naturalization as long as all of the following requirements are met before the child's 18th birthday. At least one parent is a U.S. citizen, The child is under 18 years of age, and The child is admitted to the United States as an immigrant. Acquired Citizenship A child might have "acquired" U.S. citizenship at birth without knowing, or without the parents knowing, if they were born outside the United States and either parent was a U.S. citizen when the child was born. This might also be true even if neither parent was born in the United States, but one or more of the grandparents were. This is an extremely complicated area of immigration law. * Eclipse CD3200 with PAC SWI-CAN2 and SW-ECL2 Steering Wheel Controls Interface* Pioneer D-Series Mids and Highs ( Fronts: TS-D1702C; Rears; TS-D1702R and Dash; TS-D1002R )* Rockford Fosgate PBR300X4 ( Mids and Highs Amp )* DC 3.5k with Dual Inputs; Custom Plexiglass Backing ( Sub Amp )* Rockford Fosgate Balanced Line Driver * One FULLY LOADED ~ 10" DC m2 XL* Custom Built Carpeted Ported Box Tuned to 32hz. OrzechNJ
About 50 years ago, my grandfather hoped on a boat and came to America all by himself. Leaving his wife and daughter back in Germany. He came here so that he could raise up the money, and get himself a sponsor to be able to bring his wife and daughter to America also. It took some time, but it happened. My mother and grandma where reunited with their dad/husband finally. My grandfather had already known english from staying here for the time he did, my mother and grandmother however, couldn't speak a single word. They HAD, and I mean, HAD to take english classes. No questions asked. They did everything legit and by the books. The way everything works now is completely fucking ass backwards. This is america, you come here, you learn our language. If I move to china, you bet your ass I'm going to learn their language before I force myself into their culture, and not expect them to accomidate to me. I am completely against any type of Immigration that involves any illegal activity or supports it. I believe if you want to come to this country, you should do it like my grandfather, he busted his ass to be able to live in this country, didn't expect free handouts and everyone to hold his hand to get him going. I'm with you busting your ass and putting in work but this was 50 years your talking about. My grandfather got his residency in 86, he said they were handing them out, but you had to renew ever year or 6 months can't remember, but just in 05 he became a citizen, that was almost 20 years idk how long I took your grandfather but things have got harder so most illegals find it easier to cross the border illegally didnt read the whole thing but there was a AMNESTY for all illegal immigrants in 1986-87 sth like that.. basically everybody got green cards.. sometimes Loud is NOT pretty Sounds like its safe to go ahead and bend that ass over.
