Design for a lvl 3 18

Max measurements are 36" deep 19" tall 48" wide. Needs it to be 6 cubic ft net. The sub is a DC lvl3 18 and the amp is a DC 1.2K. It will be going in the back of a Tahoe. would like it to be tuned around 33-35 hertz. Thanks for the help

So here is a suggestion (easiest to build):

Enclosure Specifications:

Fb = 34 Hz
Vb = 6 ft^3

External Height = 19 in
External Width = 42.75 in
External Depth = 20 in

Port Width = 5 in

Cut Sheet List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.
* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

2 x Top & Bottom (3 parts) = 42 3/4 x 20

Left & Right Sides =
Side 1 = 18 1/2 x 16 3/4
Side 2 = 19 1/4 x 16 3/4

Front = 37 x 16 3/4

Back = 42 3/4 x 16 3/4

L Port Internal Assembly Parts:

Front to Back = 13 1/2 x 16 3/4
Extension = 2 1/2 x 16 3/4

Assembly guide (generic dimensions):

Important notes:

- The port needs 5" of free airspace in front of it for proper operation.

- Setting your amp subsonic filter to 28Hz is suggested.
