XS Power

So I bought a D3100 from mechman. I had it two days and was on my Battery Tender Plus on float mode, sitting at 13.4v. Last night I noticed a bit of swelling (<cm) on the battery. At first I panicked thinking my battery was shot, or not really knowing what to think of the whole thing. So I quickly took it off the charger, thinking that it was gonna blow up. Today I called XS and they needed pictures, so I sent them some. I got a reply stating that it was just natural bowing of the housing, and it wasn't anything out of the ordinary.

Swelling was swelling to me, and I thought it was going to get worse, but in reality I had nothing to worry about. Felt a bit stupid after it all but glad everything it ok.

Going from a ton of stress worrying about my the battery to having no stress was a huge relief.

Thank you Josh at XS and to all that helped me in this situation

A+ customer service

Here are some pictures of my "swelling" :) aka nothing to fret over, like I did

Anyone who says they knew everything they wanted out of life at 19 can go suck a bag of dicks cause they are lying to themselves or brought up in a cult.
