But I would try and make as much airspace as possible be cutting into the door pannel recessing the drivers as far into the door as possible ... Jay L. Posted March 12, 2013 Author Report Share Posted March 12, 2013 I hear you guys, I removed the factory speaker grill thinking I could squeeze the 6.5 there but it wouldn't. It left a void in the shape of the mold, the mold is taking up the space that the factory grill did, if that makes since. I would love to be able to round those corners though.
