Looks nice ...

But I would try and make as much airspace as possible be cutting into the door pannel recessing the drivers as far into the door as possible ... Might be able to have better clearance too ...

just a suggestion ...

I hear you guys, I removed the factory speaker grill thinking I could squeeze the 6.5 there but it wouldn't. It left a void in the shape of the mold, the mold is taking up the space that the factory grill did, if that makes since. I would love to be able to round those corners though.

Cable, the dang window track bolts right behind where the ten is. Would some polyfill be helpful in the encloser you think?

Yes ... 1/4 bag on each door should be fine ...

Those look just like mine lol it's hard to do anything different with those door panels though. Looking good though, can't wait to see them finished

None of the doors that I can find but I'll go outside and take some tomorrow, only pic I have of my build is one of my dash where I fiberglassed in the vents out of a Pontiac G5. I hated the rectangle vents so I did this

Yeah mine are separate chambers because I'm running a true subwoofer which would slaughter my mid lol If i was running a pro audio style 10 and 6.5 it wouldn't have mattered as much
