I suggest using fiberglass for that

make a mold, build your structure, wrap, resin, glass, bondo, sand, bondo, sand, bondo..... time consuming, but it's worth it.

not broken a bitt chipped ( the bondo and paint ) the box is fine i got the subs in the box ran them in parrallel it was a huge bitch because obsidians terminals are tiny.. so after that i called it a night ill throw the box in the car tomorrow and hook it up ( i really hope the wires stay in the terminals ) it was such a bitch
