Chris Hammer
Just designed this box in sketchup....simple L port..He is runnign 600wRMS on a older Rockford amp. Its slightly less than 2ft cubed after displacements with alot fo port area. I think it will do good..its almost identical to my old sa-12 box..but mine had lower tuning. My brother is building it for him because he lives closer so I wont have actual build pics. Here are the specs... 28" wide 14" height 16" deep Port is 3" wide 12.5" tall...so 37.5sq inches of port about 35hz in torres MY BUILD *****http://tinyurl.com/gmcbuild***** Vehicles 2005 GMC Canyon CB1000r - Currently where any future funds are going. (exhasut, bazzaz, ohlins shock, screen, etc.) crf250r - Used to be race bike..now I just trail ride..practice at the track on it. Chris Hammer
Everything will have roundovers on it...but no 45's. I just didn't feel like taking the time to put in the roundovers in sketchup. Crandis16
I hate using sketchup, probably because I've learned how to make 3D models in Inventor and Creo Parametric looks good though you have torres sheet? Chris Hammer
No its on my home computer. It has alot of port area...but I think it will be good for him running 600w. I had similar port area tuned lower on 1200 with my first setup and I like it. I never had a chance to try out other programs and only started using sketchup when I saw it on here. It sure beats the hell outta doing it by hand on graph paper LOL MY BUILD *****http://tinyurl.com/gmcbuild***** Vehicles 2005 GMC Canyon CB1000r - Currently where any future funds are going.
