Looks like dB-r is the only one with the part and/or specs. There shouldn't be anything overly special about a rectifier diode. According to the specs, its a 200V 20A diode. If you can't find FMU32U then look for an alternate with the same specs. Just remember to get the complementary diode and replace both in circuit.
