AQ sdc 12' box

I picked up a set of AQ sdc2.5 12'' from AQ and they told me todo a box of 4cf net with 64'' of port and tune to 38hz .... i have put all the info into torres and cant seem to get it right.... what i have to work with is---16'tall 41'wide 18'deep for space subs and port back in a 2gen explorer... any help on this would be nice... would tuning to 34/35hz be better for me i will be runing them on a a DB drive pd2000.1

Here is a suggestion port driver's side:

Enclosure Specifications:

Fb = 35 Hz
Vb = 4 ft^3

External Height = 18 in
External Width = 37 in
External Depth = 18.125 in

Port Height = 4 1/8 in

Cut Sheet List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.
* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

2 x Top & Bottom (3 parts) = 37 x 18 1/8

Left & Right Sides =
Side 1 = 11 5/8 x 16 5/8
Side 2 = 15 3/4 x 16 5/8

Front & Back = 37 x 15 3/4

L Port Internal Assembly Parts:

Side to Side = 26 3/4 x 15 3/4

Important notes:

- The port needs 4 1/8" of free airspace in front of it for proper operation.

- Setting your amp subsonic filter to 28Hz is suggested.

Thanks alot Joe X.........going to try this box out this week and see how the AQ subs sound,,,,,

There has been a change in the box to port to the driver's side, it is suitable for your vehicle but if you want port back then I would likely need to do a folded port which is less efficient.. let me know if you want me to try that.

Enclosure Specifications:

External Width = 41 in
External Depth = 18 in

Port Width = 4 3/8 in

Cut Sheet List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.
* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

2 x Top & Bottom (3 parts) = 41 x 18

Left & Right Sides = 16 1/2 x 14 3/4

2x Front = 18 5/16 x 14 3/4

Back = 41 x 14 3/4

Shared Port Internal Assembly Parts:

2 x Front to Back = 14 5/16 x 14 3/4
2 x Extension = 9 3/4 x 14 3/4

Important notes:

- The 45s if you want to do them are 2 1/2" wide except the one/ones inside the port, if you want that let me know.
