Their is no need to run a 0 guage ground wire from the front negative to the rear negative if you ground both batteries negatives to the frame. Looks good otherwise. You may find the capacitor doing more harm then good to your electirical voltage.

I would also upgrade your ground from your alt to your negative to your front battery to 0 guage also, With the postive from the alt 0 guage to the positive to the battery fused. Agree probally a 200 or 250 amp fuse.

There actually isnt one, its a one wire hookup on the alt and i planed on changing the stock ground up front to 0ga aswell. The reason why i put a gound from battery to battery is beacuse im going to have an extra run of 0 doing nothing. The 0ga i got in there now is welding cable (im a welder and got it free) and i wanted to make both runs of 0ga the same wire

Welding wire is cool shit. Its what one of my teamates used. It was more expensive to get that then it was to get 1/0 from our local dealer. Wire is Wire bro. Unless your looking and go for a fashion show for your systems wires.
