So first I went to ohms law and put in 2100 by 1ohm and reading came out 45.8 for BE2100.1, I also did same thing for my Memphis 4.480. I used 320 watts by 4ohms with final equation being 35.7. I am going to use a DMM to do this, and it will be my first go at it. I normally did the ear test. But This is all new equipment n i dont want to ruin anything. My questions are!!!! I have a media player deck (no cd) so if I go to realmofexcursion and grab a 40hz sine wave (and repeat) what do i set my lpf to? Also I run both my components of fp on 4 channel. What hz sine wave would i use for setting the gain on the Memphis? I am completely learning as i go n could be totally off my rocker trying to do this but this is what i think I have come up with.
