CJSmith
Can someone design a box for me? It'll be In a 1994 2 door Blazer. It'll be 3 layers of 3/4" on the front, 2 layers on the back, and 1 layer on the sides, top, and bottom. It's for 2 AA Mayhem 18's and I'd like 6-7 cubes each tuned around 36-40hz for SPL. Also, I'll be using 1/2 dowel rods for bracing. The max dimensions are 38" wide X 32" tall X 45" deep. I was thinking of having the subs angled and the port on the driver side if it will work. But, whatever design works best. Obviously enclosures aren't my forte lol. I really really appreciate the help guys. *Rebuid in progress*

Joshex
Ok, I'm not an means an expert at this but I gave it a shot. I didn't add any of the displacements in or extra layers. But here's what I came up with, maybe this can help a little bit with something. I also left a bit of room for bracing in the volume of the box. 95 Acura Integra - 5-speedNFG Pioneer FH-X700BT(2) Rockford Fosgate 12" P3AQ1200dRockford Fosgate P1652-S 6.5" components Rockford Fosgate P1572 5x7"Rockford Fosgate R400.4 95 Integra Build Here93 EJ2 Build Here
CJSmith
Does bracing affect tuning? Or just decrease box volume? I need to get a design done today so I can start on the box, it's my only day off lol. I'd do it myself but I'm on mobile with no access to a computer right now and I'm no good with boxes lol *Rebuid in progress*
Joshex
I believe it does, bot not sure by how much. Unfortunately I have class in an hour and can't figure out more, or I would. 95 Acura Integra - 5-speedNFG Pioneer FH-X700BT(2) Rockford Fosgate 12" P3AQ1200dRockford Fosgate P1652-S 6.5" components Rockford Fosgate P1572 5x7"Rockford Fosgate R400.4 95 Integra Build Here93 EJ2 Build Here
CJSmith
Yeah I understand, I hate rushing people lol. I just have to start in the box by 4 or it won't get done in time and I still don't have a design lol *Rebuid in progress*

CJSmith
I really appreciate it, I'm doing a wall though. Both subs and port forward. 38 wide, 32 tall, and up to 45 deep. Would you be able to do that? *Rebuid in progress*
CJSmith
Can you help me with one more thing? I'm doing 2 layers on back, 3 on front, and just 1 layer on the sides, top, and bottom. Also, I have 1 3/8" all thread rod I'm using for brace. Can someone sketch that up? I'm sitting here with all the wood ready to cut, I just need some specs lol *Rebuid in progress*
