Even then I would say let a professional do it simply because you should get a warranty with the install that way if there is ever problems with it they will take care of it. Also if you screw up and short something out its on you if a shop screws something up they will have to fix it That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.
