Maybe voltage probs??

I installed a AQ2200 last week to replace my AQ1200d I hooked it up an everything. I'm running 1/0awg from front battery to rear battery along with ground, big 4 in 1/0g kitneik hc1200 and I have 4awg from rear battery to amp. I haven't really played full tilt bc the 4awg but I did so tonight. I played daddy's home. The first 3 notes it stayed in the mid to high 13s then once it hit 27hz I dropped to 12.4volts. When I had my 1200 I only dipped to 13.6 on that Song. Is it bc the power? The 4awg? I am installing 1/0awg from battery to amp tomorrow. I also have stock alt. i wanna say I have have low rise at lower notes?

also when i run the 1/0g from rear battery to amp. do i need to fuse it?

you're running a 2200 watt amp with only a HC1200 as a secondary batt, that's the problem, gotta beef up that electrical man!

iirc you have the most rise at and around tuning, atleast that's what i've seen in a lot of setups.

and i dont know how many amps your alt puts out so u need a bigger battery in back like an HC2000B

yeah lol gotta upgrade that. i will fuse that then, i just was not sure if it was nessasary when its only a ft or so away.
