nothing was visible... they were obviously after the headunit, and my gps was in the space below the deck.. It wasn't on the winshield or anything, and my ipod was behind the headunit but connected by a cord because the hu has ipod interface. and SQmonte- I'm a pretty small guy I'm not about to take on a guy who is twice my size for a thousand dollars worth of audio shit... late sunday night (early monday morning) at 3:30am someone decided to take a rock and bust thru my window to jack my cd/dvd flipout screen, my garmin gps, and my 80gig ipod. :censored: luckily i heard the rock hit the window so i got the cops to come pretty quickly before he got into the back. im pretty upset considering i just moved to this place cuz its closer to campus. sorry i dont have pictures im still in the process of moving and i couldnt find my camera in the moving mess and my 8830 doesnt have a camera on it... but just imagine a broken driver side window and a center console minus a cd player with wires hanging out... nothing real damaging i found out my insurance is going to cover everything except the ipod cuz i dont have a receipt for it. i didnt have a car alarm... but i have a viper 5701 that i have my eye on... im looking to get out of car audio for a minute or two until i can get my shit back together. i was wondering if its possible to hook up 2 amps to a stock cd player? specifically this one.... heres the link http://cas07.businessflow.ms/Current/media...36-907d3ad9cb29 if i can that'll be sweet cuz i dont want to deal with another break in... it took a lot out of me.

your safest bet is to get a credit card through your bank. i have a debit and a credit card (im 19) from chase and it if you're going to use it just for gas and food you dont really need to worry about a low interest rate. you only need to really worry about it is if you're planning on purchasing sometihng you cant exactly afford with cash. say a larger system, new rims, car breaks down, etc. then thats where you need to start to worry. my credit limit on my first credit card was $500 .. then i got a different one ( i switched banks and wanted to keep my bills all in one spot) and they gave me a $7500 limit. ... just be carefull..i always thought i would just use mine for gas and food and i got suckered in to the nice shit trend. i spoiled myself and bought shit i couldnt afford and now paying off my credit card bill is where all my cash is going......

its hard to find but if you look long enough im sure you can find something nice for that price. if you're talking brand new.. you're looking at least $350 for a touchscreen headunit. its you can check dealercostcaraudio.com/ ... ive never used it but there are some good prices on there... also check sonicelectronix.com/ or onlinecarstereo.com/ ive used both of those and the service is really shitty and shipping takes half a decade... some guys may have different opinions about the sites.. but thats going to be your best bet when it comes to finding a touchscreen headunit cheap.

So my girlfriend of roughly 5 months broke up with me yesterday cuz im not spending enough time (or money) on her....and i blame it all on electronics and car audio. FML see i have horrible luck with electronics. my $2500 Toshiba Qosmio G45-AV690 laptop is a POS, my 05 (POS) Saturn Ion has some fuck up in it that the check engine light keeps coming on when everything is fine (the dealer says its cool and my well trusted mechanic neighbor says its cool also) they both claim its a fuck up in the computer that would cost something like $$RIDICULOUS$$ to fix so its not even worth it... so inside my car ive had a couple thousand problems with my audio shit. i started out small with a single 12" Polk MOMO 500w sub... wasnt loud enough so i upgraded to 3 of those 12s (i skipped a shit ton of problems with some really shitty subs). so im bumpin away on the last day of high school and i was happy with them and of course nothing stays good in my life for too long so my wires got too hot, melted together and crossed ... started a small CarBQ, luckily i had a fire extinguisher chillin up front with me... so i upgraded to some bigger wire. apparently i push the shit out of my subs the (tinsel? the little thick thread thing on the sub) separated on all the subs.. so i said fuck it i have a good amp (so i thought) imma upgrade and get me some 15s... so i bought me some RE se 15s. a lot guys on here recommended them and i got them for a good price so i said sure. i dont know what d'fuck happened with them but they started making some funky ass noise when they bumped. i bought me 2 brand new ones and a battery (hc600) small little fucker but im broke. i installed the subs and battery ... it was all good life was bubbly ... and i hit a fucking crater in the road (fuck ohio roads) and my shit turns off and i dont know what the fuck is going on. now all of sudden my subs amp is in protect but my mids and high amp is fine. i tear the shit out and look at my wiring and shit FML cant find anything wrong throw everythign back in ... shit seemed to work... im driving and the bitch shuts off... then turns back on... shuts off.. then turns back on. dont know what d'fuck is going on .... pisses me off. so ive been trying to fix that the past week and my gf pulls up while im working on it in the shitty ass cold (so much for spring break, fml) and shes like "you like your car too much blah blah blah im a cunt nugget blah blah blah we're done call me when you get your life straightened out" fucking hate my shit. its not even loud im running what a lousy 1200rms in a Saturn? hahaha i should laugh myself off the street... i just wanna tear everything out and start over but i dont have any fucking time or money. i bought the subs brand spanking new. i bought the subs in michigan and drove home (bout 4h 30m drive) and it was fine... couple of weeks/ a little over a month later they start to sound like this. i dont think i abused it too badly. my gain is turned practically off. audiopipe 1500.1 wired to 1 ohm .... stock battery.. voltage does occasionally drop around 10 with lights and heat on ... i just added another battery so ill test it again with the new battery in. its a prefab. in the video i had the volume under 10 (outta 35) so its def not the joints. but ill keep it in mind for future reference. gorilla zoe - so sick -- shit hits LOW AS :censored: guys ive been super busy and i thought i had all comments sent to my phone via email but i never got any. im going to TRY and do some testing tomorrow but im swamped.... ill post again with a video of the free air and holding the joints of the box and looking at the tinsels with a flashlight. im pretty sure im ordering new ones on monday but if its an easy fix (such as just adding the :censored: battery ive had lying around for months) im going to be 1. pissed beyond believe 2. relieved that i dont have to go spend an additional $300 on more :censored: woofers. ill keep you posted
