big3 - upgrade battery groundings(two wires) and power wire from alt..

for groundings u r looking for most solid piece of metal (chassis) u can locate under the hood..

sometimes Loud is NOT pretty

Sounds like its safe to go ahead and bend that ass over.

No need for a wiring diagram.

Big 3 is as follows:

-alternator positive to battery positive. Self explanatory where to hook it up.

-Engine ground to chassis ground. Personally, I like to put the engine ground on the bolt that holds the alternator in. Since you are ultimately trying to ground the alternator and what better way to do it than to put the wire as close to the alt as possible? For the body ground: sanding off the paint around a strut tower bolt is usually your best bet. Just make sure to put some silicone/dielectric grease on the part you sanded to seal out moisture.

-Battery negative to chassis ground. Like above: attach the terminal to the strut tower.

Oh... And add on to factory wires. Don't replace them
