REVOofRustler Posted May 31, 2013 Author Report Share Posted May 31, 2013 Me and my buddies have always been able to find big sheets of cardboard to use, but the last time we did that my bike bounced off the cardboard and it was just resting on the diamond plating on my tailgate. It was a bumpy road and it ended up sanding through the paint, so now there are spots on my down tube where it's just bare aluminum. The pad I got has velcro anchors for the bikes, so that should no longer be an issue!
