Guest
was there like a pound of sawdust in the box or something? what a dumb fucking mistake to not vacuum/blow the dust out of the box before you mount speakers in it.
Xplay75
Well the motor on the sub was covered with dust so I'm thinking it sucked a lot of dust up in to the sub itself and there where a lot of little peices of mdf around a half inc by the same in it to,box turned out to be atleas 2 cubes smaller then what was recommended for a sealed box for the sub and it was ported
CHEVY4X4BLAZER
,box turned out to be atleas 2 cubes smaller then what was recommended for a sealed box for the sub and it was ported Sounds like you... Got Ghosted.
scooter99
So you're saying then that the box itself had a half inch by half inch of dust in it, and some MDF pieces? But it was 2 cubes short of the recommended airspace!?! Is that correct? Facebook Page: S99Creations 2006 F250 Lariat Build

He goes further saying that his airspace is 2 cubes too small for the woofer's recommended SEALED specifications ... and it's ported.
