Ive been to the sundown website and looks at all the specs for the sub and the enclosure recommendations. I seen that it recommends 4 cubes net(<i believe). To me that seems a bit small for an 18... I dont mind going that small seeing as i miss my space in my blazer, and im bout to have a little girl (< i need to purchase a gun lol), but right now i have NO hatch space for a stroller or nothing due to the 2 15" box which im getting rid of after i sell my last hdc3 15.So what im looking for is a little lead way on how i should start as far as enclosures go. This is my daily/comp driver. I want to build a box that is gets loud on music seeing that when i compete its on music average(FCBC Style). Joe X Posted April 26, 2013 Report Share Posted April 26, 2013 Some manufacturers are now trying to make their subs work in smaller boxes so it's not really surprising to me to see that low space spec AND you are running a lot of power to the sub, that's two reasons to think twice about before placing the sub in a standard 6 cubes box.
