I got my skunk2 2" drop springs in today, and my Si Shift knob. Yea, i know its a 6sp knob on a 5spd car, but i wanted an oem civic knob, and the only one i liked better than this one was the mugen si's, and they are close to 200. Not happening for a knob, so i got a used si knob pretty cheap. My 8k HID's will be here tomorrow, so expect an update tomorrow afternoon, then night. I put the si knob on today. I had to modify my boot a little but for a clean look, but it's ok. i may go ahead and get a Si boot too. As soon as i decide on a color scheme, and wheels, i will do that. The springs will go on sometime next week as i have to take it to the dealership monday b/c i have a popping noise coming from either the suspension or brakes. they are going to look that over and fix it, then i am putting the springs on. Pics...

I like your rim selection too.

So replacing the springs in that car won't void warranty or anything like that??

I would buy bigger rims instead of lowering it, but thats just my opinion. And its not my car..

Will keep watch of this post and what else you decide to do to the car.

Thanks bro. The timeframe on the new wheels, i'm looking at about a month and they should be here. I just went ahead and got the springs while i had the cash. Then, no sence in waiting around to put them on. i want the car ready so when the wheels get here, i can slap them on, and enjoy. Instead of putting them on, then having to drop the car, and get my alignment, bla bla blah.

As far as warranty goes, they wont voild the warranty. The dealership will have to prove that my springs caused the problem. Example: If my motor blows, it cant be blamed on my springs. But the trouble the car is having, is a popping sound at 1-5mph. I tink it is in the brakes, but it couild be in my shocks. If it's in my shocks, and i have the springs on, they may not fix them under warranty. Understand? Kinda tricky. lol.

yay, i got the hids in today. I cant wait for tonight to see how they are, but so far, they look real sweet in my garage with the lights off. haha I'll have some more pics up tonight when it's dark.
