Aye guys i'm still a bit new so sorry if I put this in the wrong section but I was wondering...

In my current situation i'm still in high school i have been working lot and just need a system again. Its been almost 6 months since my last one!!! So I was looking around on Sound Qubed and I was looking at the street duty subs. Are they any good? (There super cheap) I'm looking at buying 2 of the 12" versions and just throwing them in a prefab ported box. (1.5 cubes per woofer so its not to bad) And hooking them up with my Audiopipe 1800.1 amp. Now ill be pushing 1800 watts so ill need some 2 gauge wire again. Or is 4 gauge enough? And will those subs take 1800 watts?

And all i'm looking to do is get some decent bass in my car again since I miss it so badly so i'm not doing for anything special. Just cheap and halfway decent. So any feedback on what to do would be great. Thanks!

Nothing for now...

Did you get that scar tissue when you got your vagina installed?

I'd grab Adam's ass and look him in the eyes for a demo of nates truck.

No experience with street duty, but i used to have an hdc4 and I loved it. Honestly, for that price...they have to be better than the kicker you buy at Walmart priced at that....just my opinion. But not sure on their power handling.....lol they can't take a true 1800 watts.

Yea they say 250 RMS 500 Peak so should i get a different amp then? And I bet they are for sure better then kicker lol you made a good point.

They are good subs man! That amp will be fine, just make sure gains are set correctly but bro, please don't get a prefab!!!!!

Are you sure they can handle that? They are only rated 250 RMS like I said above... And dont worry im not getting a prefab I have one laying around haha. Once I get them ill start thinking about building a proper box of course.

Well I just need subs for now ill build a box soon and replace the headeck soon also. Wiring I can get a kit pretty cheap so I would say 200-300 for the woofers only. It wont be a high quality install but it will be better then nothing

Oh and I was looking at the specs for my amp and it says it only pushes 400 watts at 4 ohms . So if that's true is there a way I can run those subs at 4 ohms? Cause I think I could use my amp then. Or is that all wrong?
