96 Blazer walled..triple alt work

Got one of the baffles cut today minus the port. Next 2 will be easy, just let the flush trim bit on the router do all the work.

I didn't get a picture of it test fitted, but before I cut the circle I put it in. Was a little too big and I had to kick it in lol

Which made taking it out that much harder. Took me 20 minutes to get the right angle, had to take out the center console to take the baffle back out

This little saw is badass....use it to cut anything that's too big to fit on the table saw

Exactly how are you going about securing the baffles ? Or have you got that figured totaly out yet? lol

Your on your way bro... good luck, im watching...

You can see on the last pic of the baffle the line around the outside. That's the 2 layers of the shell. The baffle will just screw right on like a regular box.

Will have to put in each layer separately, just screw one in at a time I guess lol
