Joe X
Ok, here is a suggestion for 4 of those, it can be changed if necessary: Enclosure Specifications:Fb = 32 HzVb = 7.8 ft^3External Height = 18 inExternal Width = 39.5 inExternal Depth = 30 inPort Width = 28 inPort Height = 3 1/2 inCut Sheet List:* All Dimensions in Inches.* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.External Enclosure Parts:2 x Top & Bottom (3 parts) = 39 1/2 x 30Left & Right Sides = 28 1/2 x 15 3/4Front & Back = 39 1/2 x 15 3/4L Port Internal Assembly Parts:Front to Back = 22 3/8 x 29 1/2Port Left Side Assembly:22 3/8 x 3 1/2Port Right Side Assembly:22 3/8 x 3 1/2 Assembly guide (generic dimensions): Important notes:- All boxes built outside the vehicle need to fit in their way in not just have the right dimensions.- The port needs 3 1/2" of free airspace in front of it for proper operation.- Setting your amp subsonic filter to 28Hz is suggested. - Top to bottom brace is 1 1/4 wooden dowel rod, port brace is just 3/4" MDF as the rest of the box. TUNES
hey joe that looks awesome but what if i asked if it could be 39.5 wide and 19 high? depth can be whatever it needs to be
Joe X
Changed to 39.5", however if I make it taller it would need loose depth to stay the same volume. I need the depth for port clearance to the backwall.

TUNES
Hey joe sorry not been on, been loaded down with work. Ive imported a circle jig from the states and waiting for that to turn up so I can build that box nice and properly. Would it make a difference if I countersink the subs? Joe X
No problem, unless you were to use higher power subs later, flush mounted subs are a little harder to remove though.

Joe X
Checked with Torres gives similar results, I can guarantee at least it's not 12.34 cubes net.
