Ok, here is a suggestion for 4 of those, it can be changed if necessary:

Enclosure Specifications:

Fb = 32 Hz
Vb = 7.8 ft^3

External Height = 18 in
External Width = 39.5 in
External Depth = 30 in

Port Width = 28 in
Port Height = 3 1/2 in

Cut Sheet List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.
* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

2 x Top & Bottom (3 parts) = 39 1/2 x 30

Left & Right Sides = 28 1/2 x 15 3/4

Front & Back = 39 1/2 x 15 3/4

L Port Internal Assembly Parts:

Front to Back = 22 3/8 x 29 1/2

Port Left Side Assembly:
22 3/8 x 3 1/2
Port Right Side Assembly:
22 3/8 x 3 1/2

Assembly guide (generic dimensions):

Important notes:

- All boxes built outside the vehicle need to fit in their way in not just have the right dimensions.

- The port needs 3 1/2" of free airspace in front of it for proper operation.

- Setting your amp subsonic filter to 28Hz is suggested.

- Top to bottom brace is 1 1/4 wooden dowel rod, port brace is just 3/4" MDF as the rest of the box.

hey joe that looks awesome but what if i asked if it could be 39.5 wide and 19 high? depth can be whatever it needs to be

Changed to 39.5", however if I make it taller it would need loose depth to stay the same volume. I need the depth for port clearance to the backwall.

Hey joe sorry not been on, been loaded down with work. Ive imported a circle jig from the states and waiting for that to turn up so I can build that box nice and properly. Would it make a difference if I countersink the subs?
