subaru's are known for this ( i know you dont have a subaru) its the contacts in the starter solenoid. the copper contacts wear out and they will work sometimes and not work other times.....my car does this sometimes and my connections are clean and corrosion free.

i think there real i was looking through that guys stuff he sells and it looks like he finds stuff at auctions and just sells it

Yea, it looks like someone got the mids about a month ago....shit. If I had a whole Hertz front stage my ears would jizz all over my cheeks.

Its the starter solenoid contacts, they need to be cleaned. Drop your starter take it apart and sand the contacts and itll be good as new.

The spot with least resistance LOL.

I would ground to a rubber dildo if it had less resistance than a run of 4/0 wiring.

how many poeple work there 3 or 4 lol

At crescendo HQ? probably 2-3

At the sweatshop in china? 30,000 children

No Engine

The starter seems like a bitch to get to. I'll see how hard to is to take out and if that doesn't fix It. I'm just going to replace it.

  • 2 weeks later...

replaced the connections...new terminals, strip back both the power and ground wires, bought a hold down for my battery and it gave my issue at first, but it seems to be starting up every time now (knock on wood......ok did it) so I think my starter is good.......for now. I'm going to buy another newer battery just for extra measurement.
