Lol, well the updates are really just me waiting. Between soft parts and electrical. And that guy from the nano-place is not the best communicator..........

He seems to think it's 100% necessary for us to have a live conversation before I even sample some paper.........and we haven't been able to reach each other even once yet. He wants to skype but I have class everyday until 6, and he seems to only want me to call him, but I still don't have time throughout the day, and when I get home it's late wherever he is..........I just want a sample order!!!!!

In theory, if I have a 320a alt, that is producing 141a at idle, with internally regulated output at 15.1v, I could just run 1 d6500 under the hood and not even need a second battery in the trunk right? Especially if it will be doing 260a at just 1150(engine) RPM? Which is way below my normal 2800-3500 driving RPM range?

Basically I could sufficiently run the 3.5k alone with that electrical system, since I have almost no other electrical demands like A/C or electric fans besides the dash wiring and the headlights at night correct? lol. This is based off watts=voltage x amps, so I 'm asking how well that plays over to the real-world application with heat and wire limitations and all that?

You should try it. Test your voltage and if it's not good, buy another batt.

But I don't really want to have to use an isolator, because if I get a d6500 I won't get another one, probably just a d925 or something small.
