04murdalanche Posted June 3, 2013 Report Posted June 3, 2013 So as some of you guys know, I sold my Silverado about 2 weeks ago:( just wasn't big enough for me and taking my **** back and forth to school, long story but I ended up with this Tahoe on the cheaps. 1999 Tahoe 2wd Power everything 2 previous owners (guy I bought it from has it since '01) Brand new paint Brand new rims and tires Flowmaster exhaust The list goes on and on.. System wise going in here will consist of iPad mini, flush but removable dash Rf 360.3 In between the seats will be a center console from a 03 Tahoe/silverado chopped up and glassed so it meets up to the dash and looks good. 2 sets of tantric comps, I think I'm gonna do door pods.. Tweets in the A-Pillar, got a sick idea for those. Amps all under the rear seat (SAZ 3500 and 2 sax 125.2s) 2 18" nightshades All Knu Conceptz RCAs 4 total runs Sky High and Knu 1/0 (2 pos and 2 neg) AT 10 gauge for speakers and subs, over kill for mids lmao Ps2 under the pass seat for le entertainment. That's pretty much it I think, eventually the interior, well atleast the seats will be completely redone in black leather and a dark, dark grey suede. Anywho, here's some pics of the truck Started off with some deadening It's not a build till you bleed lol Anywho, onto more deadening Door were pretty solid to begin with, pass side done Driver side done Halfway done deadening, still gotta do the roof and great stuff it. More pics coming So far I've got the rear hatch and front doors done, the rest, aka the roof.. Tonight I slowly began removing all of the interior, carpet will be getting dyed black, alot of pieces bedlinered, etc. Here's a possible amp rack design I'm thinkin about, it's a shame they won't good in there like to where they look like they are one long ass amp, just barely doesn't fit I've been very sick the past few days but still made a little bit of progress Fuckin seat got me as I was taking it out I'm taking out all of the interior to dye the carpet black, deaden and spray foam the roof, sorry I don't have more pics, being sick Updates coming soon though.. Talked to Coleman and the 7k wont be here till august. im not waiting for that long so Im gonna go ahead and get a B2 M1S, same amps that are going in the van im building.. gonna sell my saz 3500, sax 125.2s if anyones interested and get a DC 175.4 for the tantric mids that came in the mail today Mids came in today... These are soooo beastly. Can't wait to get em hooked up. Gonna run two pairs of these on a DC 175.4. Should be nice n loud Took the carpet out to dye it black Seats out. Vacuuming. Cluster fuck.. Dat deadener All foamed up Head liner out so I can glass up alot of the holes, smooth it out, and wrap it in black suede, and of course, deaden.. Lol New grille, new head light housings, gonna order some new HIDs, these are acting weird Roof is all deadened and foamed but of course my camera died so I didn't get pics-___- Anyways, gonna get the amps this weekend.. Shits about to get real so stay tuned

I'm home from college so I don't have a job, just doing the van and currently have 5 sets of door panels I'm doing for customers so I'm still pretty damn busy. Lol but I can't wait to get this build done.. The B2 will move the hell out of those nightshades. Picking up some additional batts to get my voltage game proper. Oh and ......Dammmmmm niiiiceee mids.... lol They are pretty big I put it next two a alpine type x 5.25 and it dwaaaaaarfed it lol and next to a SA-8 it was all the way up to where the basket started, big ass mids man they are pretty heavy. You're busier than a one legged man in an ass kicking contest. Do work, son! Hell yeah dude.. Like I said I haven't even posted the 5 sets of door panels I'm building, there's plenty more coming on this build, the van, and the doors in the next few days guys. I love getting paid to do what I love it couldn't get any better than this.. Happiest I've been in my 19 years on earth. Lol kinda touchy feely but its true. If I can make a living doing this I'm going to pursue it to my fullest capabilities.
