Sundown e 12 box design

Looking for a box design for a sundown e 12 any one have a quick design on file? My max dimensions are 13.5h 30L 18d tuning would ideally be around 35hz. power is an audio technix 400.1 going in a chevy cobalt trunk

Here is a suggestion:

Enclosure Specifications:

Fb = 34 Hz
Vb = 2 ft^3

External Height = 13.5 in
External Width = 29.5 in
External Depth = 15 in

Port Width = 2 1/4 in

Cut Sheet List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.
* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

Front = 26 1/2 x 12
Back = 29 1/2 x 12

Left & Right Sides:
Side 1 = 13 1/2 x 12
Side 2 = 14 1/4 x 12

Top & Bottom = 29 1/2 x 15

L Port Internal Assembly Parts:

Front to Back = 11 1/4 x 12
Extension = 11 1/4 x 12

Assembly guide (generic dimensions):

Important notes:

- The 45s if you want to do them are 2 1/2" wide except the one/ones inside the port, if you want that let me know.

- All boxes built outside the vehicle need to fit in their way in not just have the right dimensions.

- This box should be operated around subwoofer(s) rated power. If that´s not the case, let me know.

- The port needs 2 1/4" of free airspace in front of it for proper operation.

- Setting your amp subsonic filter to 28Hz is suggested.

I plan on using rated power for the sub, are the. 45s already factored in? That looks good to me sir thank you very much!

Its accurate do not worry, the size is nice for rated power. So I think you are good.
