MrClean636
Okay guys, please, I need some help with this one! I had a 02 Impala before and had no problem running 2 1/0 runs through the firewall. My new car, this 2011 Ford Taurus is sealed up so damn tight there seems to be nowhere! I bought two 1/0 grommets but I don't even see a place to start! Take a look at the pics, help me if you can. I prefer not to run wire under the car, living here in NY i'd be worried of the salt spray. But if I was to idk if to use conduit or some form of tubing if it was my last resort. I could potentially drill down near the front seat/pedal area and run the wire under the car for that small stretch if need be.. but I would prefer not to lol So this is right over the gas pedal, just a giant brick for my fake accelerator: This is over the brake pedal, you can see this giant "X" shaped cover over the brake line, which completely blocks my ability to run wire through there... The area just to the left of it would be great however you can't get to it on the other side bc it is right behind the wheel well... This is behind the instrument cluster... no room... This is looking up on from the passenger side floor: This is looking at the passenger side: Anyone with ideas!? Car: 2011 Ford Taurus SEL / Alt: DC Power 270XP (Will be here 7/17!!!) MrClean636
Run the wire under the car with loom and then cut a whole in the trunk Just basic wire loom? And there are some pre-installed grommets in the trunk I could pop the wire up through. How would I go about tacking the wire and loom to the car so it doesn't sag? HowLowCanYouGo
Please don't take your advice from someone that can't use the world hole correctly... But on the other hand I got nothing haha. But what kind of room do you have behind your dash? Can you run it through the firewall up higher then by the pedals? Nothing for now... Did you get that scar tissue when you got your vagina installed? I'd grab Adam's ass and look him in the eyes for a demo of nates truck.

There is practically no room behind there at all. I had it all torn apart and was looking up in the area. There are bolts and other random waste-of-space crap all over the place. I'm very annoyed with this car right now... Car: 2011 Ford Taurus SEL / Alt: DC Power 270XP (Will be here 7/17!!!) SojiaRaggs9000
Check wire harness for the engine. IIRC it passes through the firewall on the drivers side through a decent size grommet. But hell if not then just go through the fender and then onto the molex connecter in the door. * Eclipse CD3200 with PAC SWI-CAN2 and SW-ECL2 Steering Wheel Controls Interface* Pioneer D-Series Mids and Highs ( Fronts: TS-D1702C; Rears; TS-D1702R and Dash; TS-D1002R )* Rockford Fosgate PBR300X4 ( Mids and Highs Amp )* DC 3.5k with Dual Inputs; Custom Plexiglass Backing ( Sub Amp )* Rockford Fosgate Balanced Line Driver * One FULLY LOADED ~ 10" DC m2 XL* Custom Built Carpeted Ported Box Tuned to 32hz.
