Especially the FR4000. That amp is well over 30" in length easily. So converting the second row in to a pair of buckets instead of the stock bench helped with that amongst other benefits

TRELO LUDE Posted July 20, 2013 Author Report Posted July 20, 2013 trying to fit 14 D1400 batteries and 4 AB 750.1s in the back of a hatch thats less than 43" x 36" x 9 " is a bit of a challenge to say the least. Here are some pics in progress ALSO forgot to mention the 14v charger thats being permanently installed and wired up to the batt bank in the back as well

TRELO LUDE Posted July 22, 2013 Author Report Posted July 22, 2013 Quick weekend update There was an event this weekend (Sunday) that we were trying to get the vehicle ready for so we were up until 5am Sunday working on it. The vehicle is at about 60% capacity which I will explain. -the front end of the wall has not been sealed to the vehicle along with the back end of the hatch as of yet. -the vehicle only had 6 out of the 8 12s running due to an issue with one of the amplifiers -one of the 750.1s had an issue which left us with only 3 750.1s to run so with that being the case 2 of the subs were left in and acted as passive radiators. -the stock tensioner is malfunctioning which is causing a some belt slip and not allowing the charging system to charge at full capacity. The 12v portion is only charging at 13v instead of 14.4v and the 14v portion is charging at 14.8ish instead of 16.8v With that being said the vehicle only competed in bass race as i didnt feep it was ready to burp it in drag. It competed in the 149.9 class comfortably and for fun i did a full out run and the vehicle measured a 153.00 bass race Thats all for now
