standardcabspl
since my Cadillac will need some suspension work soon anyway. I been dabbling in the idea of air bagging it completely. I been doing a little research and from what I seen people use regular 6 inch bags out back and the front is where things get tricky. my car is fwd with the electronic struts. will prolly go aftermarket with new ones since the OE are going out and they aren't cheap. my question is does anyone have any experience doing them and can point me in the right direction. Pioneerchuck
There are actually quite a few kits out on the market for a complete swap from the OEM air ride to an aftermarket air ride set up. Most run for anywhere between $800-$2,000.
standardcabspl
do you have any links.? it would be super helpful. I been looking on google only to find some at airbagit.com( which I heard was crap equipment). im not 100% sure where to start. and my Cadillac has the air assist shocks in back with coil springs. and in the front it is regular electronic struts. I don't have the front air ride system just back Good lord sweet baby Jesus. Did you read the thread at all? Bagged 1993 nissan hardbody
Pioneerchuck
If you didnt have air ride up front then they would be simple coilovers. If you have the Speed Sensitive Steering system in your car then you more than likely have the Electronic or Air Ride shock towers up front.
