cjvue Posted July 11, 2013 Report Share Posted July 11, 2013 You shouldnt have any issue butping on small fuses. I've burp 5k - 6k on 160amp fusing @ half ohm before. I'll get a decent reading with 3k on 80amp before it blew. If it is burping, do they provide the tone?I thought they change from music to tone in AS class this yr but I can be wrong. Street class and drag you can use tone. They usually will have a CD with tone at the show. If not, you can always ask to around or buy the CD from the judge. This CD is around $12-$15 iirc. Has bass songs and tones. I went to the San Jose show a couple of weeks ago (my first show) and I learned alot, but I'm still not sure of all of the classes, organizations and rules. The staff is very helpful and will let you know what you should do. I was little intimidated at first, but I had a blast! I bought the cd at the last show, good tool! Hope to meat you there!
