Clif Posted February 22, 2008 Report Share Posted February 22, 2008 anyone know of a program that will alow me to convert a 4:3 video with black bars on the top and bottom to just 16:9 format of the video. Getting tired of seing my image streched out and tweaked on my indash when my music videos play. Anyone know of any good programs to edit videos like that?
