Max1636
Made a discovery today that unless you want to be charging your batteries every time you bump your system that those Solar backup type batteries are not great for car audio. I've had a pair of them in my system for about a month to try them out and they were great for a while but gradually my voltage would drop further and further. After removing them I tested them with a multimeter and they read just 10 volts and I've now had them on charge for over a day. They simply take too long to charge to work in car audio I know I didn't use my system allot before I took them out yet they were still at this low voltage. I took a few pictures after a day of them charging with my temporary system outside the car: (Old Car) 1995 Volkswagon Golf MK3 2.0L: Fi SP4 18 On A DC Audio 3.5K In A PWK Box Hertz DSK 6" Speakers, Clarion HU 3x Fullriver 120aH AGM's, 225A Alt 2012 Subaru BRZ: Audison Prima APK 163 Bit One, Rockford Amps, Audison Sub

pa-pa-platypus
i have a few guess what it could be... one batt is bad dragging down the others substantially, possibly bad ground situation, or the alt isn't working properly This isn't teeball.
