0 gauge wire with 4 gauge reducers on hifonics brutus brz1200.1d

i know this will allow more electricity to flow to the amp. but could this increase the power out put of this amplifier or no? how can this help me by doing this?

The 1/0 will restrict the current less than 4 gauge wire would since it's thicker. However if the amp isn't pulling any more than the 4 gauge can handle then there really shouldn't be a difference at all.
