Buy a samurai and dont make a prerunner out of it...that cannot be a prerunner...make it a crawler or adventure truck and save your opel for the track.

Edit: a samurai frame wouldnt be very good anyways because of the suspension. The opel is already independent suspension which helps

I vote track car and if you are gonna put the moneu ibto building it you should put forced induction in the build. That thing would scream. What's that shell weigh? Maybe 1200?
