any of you gents into, or knowledgeable in woodworking (specifically veneering)?

hey all, im wondering if any of you would have suggestions for adhering raw wood veneer to plastic? ive read epoxy would be my only decent choice, but im significantly concerned about the epoxy bleeding through, as the veneer im using is incredibly thin.

fyi: ive read contact adhesive such as weldwood wont work without severe risk of bubbling, or cracking!

Ya im just starting on woodworking ive always done it but never really in depth im just starting that so good luck man!

I would test out wood glue first.

Prep the plastic real good and lightly sand it down then use tightbond 3

I think tite bond will adhere to pretty much everything if sanded correctly . Although I may be wrong

My brother owns a cabinet manufacturing facility. When glueing laminate(plastic) to wood we always use contact adhesive. I would make sure the plastic is clean and sanded.
