Hey so i have two things i need to ask the community. First off being my back hatch rattles like no other. It's a 2002 4 door Chevy Blazer. It is mostly the latch itself and was wondering if anyone has any ideas to silence it. (I still want it to perform as normal) And secondly I'm going to be soldering some 0 gauge for my big 3 soon and need advice on what solders are good and bad. I found some silver bearing lead free solid wire solder and was wondering if thats what i need. Because it says its used for plumbing and such i know it has to be lead free just curious as if thats what i need and if not what it is. Thanks in advance.

Don't use plumbing solder. Use electrical like 60/40 rosin core.

What does rosin core mean and 60/40?

Okay thank you man. And any ideas on the hatch by chance?

Tighten the bolts down. Some damplifier around the area. Some foam in the gaps

You might be able to tighten the latch hook but I dont know if you're able to do that on youre model. Sometimes that helps keep the rattle down a little bit.
