I did what you told me to do. while the car was on (idle) put the multimeter on the amp terminals it read 14.something . normal I guess. then with my bass hittin it came down to 10 .something. it went as low as 9.81 . soon as the bass went off it went back up gradually to 14.something. doesn't sound good does it .
