I bought 2 Kinetic hc1800s a while back off CL for a good price for my build and I never check to see if one would fit under the hood. Well as it turns out it doesnt. Now im in a pickle, do leave the lead acid batt in or relocate to the trunk? I did a bit of searching on here and on google and have gotten mixed answers. Its about 50/50 in this, If I leave the lead acid in the only connection the the two will share will be the alt and the frame ground, will this be an issue?

Im already over budget so the wife isn't to happy, especially since I dropped 1200 on a rifle a few weeks ago, or I'd just go buy a small AGM. This is my daily driver so I dont want any major issues.

Easier said than done. There's now way Im gonna get enough out of the bat to buy another AGM. How bad is it? The worst I found so far is that it can drop the resting voltage of the AGMs. Then I also found a few people say that they have done it for years with no problems. I'm about to say fug it and leave it in.
