79 cutty Posted August 15, 2013 Report Posted August 15, 2013 There are a ton of vids on You Tube about it.....I just said screw it and bought one of those small kits for DIY and it is SUPER easy and as long as you prep the pieces right they come out looking damn nice. I'd recommend it for anyone that is affraid to do custom painting, or just wants to add subtle touches to things. I can do without the fake carbon fiber and skulls and stuff though, but that is just me! Firm believer in letting my cars do my talking! You can't rush quality, it doesn't happen overnight. I showed what I could do, so hopefully I can get some experience with some profit! I'm dipping my console/dash

But definitely dip some random stuff for practice first to get the hang of it. And take the time to clean and prep the piece properly otherwise it will look bad, or the dip won't last.
