Single high output or two medium output alts?

Im currently running a 160 amp alt. Pretty sure a single HO would be easier to do but I can pick up a second 160 amp for under $100 and I have access to a CNC machine to fab a bracket. My question is would the cost be worth the hassle of running dual alts?

for 2.5L I would get decent single alt..

I would go with the duall 160 because you're idle output will most likely be better than what it would be if you have one 320. IMO.
