Syphlyn
It's a 2000 f150 supercab. I'm getting my rear window + rear passenger windows 5% tinted soon for protection from heat and people seeing my subs in the back. Now I'm contemplating getting an alarm system for my truck in the near future. What's a good one to buy and my price range is $200 bucks. Is an alarm really worth it? Also I don't have power locks/windows if that means anything. Thanks guys! hdorre
I have a similar deal. 5% on my back 3 windows and an alarm. I'd get a DEI alarm without keyless entry.. Unless you want to install power locks. To me, helping save $~3.5k is worth the $300.. Not even 10% of the system. Your install and equipment should be substantially less due to you lacking power locks. In addition to the tint in back, I have 15% on the front windows and like an 8" strip haha.. No matter what time of day it is, you cant see in the back at all. I'm sure the charcoal interior helps too On 5/8/2011 at 7:38 PM, Kranny said: On 5/8/2011 at 7:35 PM, 'Maxim' said: It hurts me inside when I read stuff like this and remember you're 15 LMFAO so true Mitsubishi 3000GT (Old Build) Headunit: Pioneer 80PRS Frontstage: (2) McLaren Audio MLT-2 Tweeters & (4) PRV Audio MR Series Neo 6.5" Mids Substage: 4 15" Hybrid Subs - Tantric Motors & Sundown Softies Amps: Banda 2.4D Amp (Tweets), American Bass VFL 350.4 (Mids), and (2) Ampere 3800s Electrical :Singer 260A Alt & JY Power Lithium 2005 Chevy Colorado Ext Cab Headunit: Pioneer 80PRS Frontstage: 4 PRV 700Ti Tweets & 6 10" Delta Mids on 3000wrms Substage: 6 Fi BTL 18s in a 4th Order Walkthrough on 3 Wolfram 4500s Electrical: Singer "390" and JY Power My Official Feedback Thread
