you need to get 2 male to two female rca splitters like this: http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_11702_Hitron-RCAY1M.html or you can get 2 female to 2 male rca splitters like this: http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_16510_Rockford-Fosgate-RFIY-1F.html

Then you will need to get 2 short runs of rca cable that will be long enough to go between your 1500 and 400 amp. If you choose to get the first style RCA that has one end as a single male connection and the other end as 2 female rca connectors you will hook it up so that you have the one male connector going to one of the pass-thru rca's on your t1500 (make sure you make note of which one is left and right so you don't mix them up when you connect it to your t400 amp). Then with the y adapter connected you will take one of the male rca connectors and plug it into the t400 so that it matches the side you connected the y adapter to. For example if the y adapter was connected to the left output on the amp, you will connect both the rca connections to the left inputs on the t400. Once you do this you just need to tune the amp and hook up your speakers and be done.
