Shadow_80613
Okay so I have a xs s3400 in a Tahoe under the hood and I want to put a xs d3100 in the back to power a AQ 3500.1 my question is when I run the power wire from the s3400 up front to the d3100 In the back I know I'm suppose to fuse the wire on both sides what size of fuses should I use? Also should I run 2 sets of 0 gauge to the d3100 or just one? Since my AQ 3500.1 has dual power inputs and grounds and if I run two what size fuses should they be? Sort of new to this but with a little helpful tips I can manage so let me know please. Thanks also the altornators going to be upgrades to a 270 amp one. Tarball
2 runs front bat to back bat - fuse to the wire. Quality OFC 0 should be able to handle 300a. Same on you bat to amp - 300a per input. Shadow_80613
So would i put a 300a fuse on both ends of the wire or 150a on one end and 150a on the other end?
AMI CUSTOMS
300 amp fuse at both ends, two power runs would be best but 1 will do the job. Do 200 amp fuse for each input power for the amp.
