b.knue Posted September 17, 2013 Report Share Posted September 17, 2013 I agree with the SSD fans. Just get an SSD big enough for your OS + a few gigs (windows 7 would do fine on a 64 gb). Boot time is so much faster. Just use a drive clone software to clone your drive to the SSD, then you'll have that 1TB drive for media storage. I wholeheartedly believe once you have an SSD you'll kick yourself for not being able to install you applications and games to the SSD. There is quite a bit of loading time difference between the two. I personally won't buy anything smaller than a 128GB SSD and I won't buy anything other than the samsung 840 pro..
